Lions Foundation
The White Bear Lake Lions Club Foundation, certified as a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, was established in 2014 to support the White Bear Lake Lions Club and its numerous activities. The White Bear Lake Lions Club was established February 22, 1945 and has been an active volunteer service organization serving the White Bear Lake area. This is all-volunteer organization that shares the goals and vision of the Lions Club International: “To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace, and promote international understanding.” The Lions motto is “We Serve”

Designated Funds
624 School District Education based projects we support are:
- Scholarships for graduating seniors
- Vision screening & glasses for needy students
- Support for many student teams & events
- White Bear Lake Area Senior HELP program
White Bear Lake Area Community based projects we support are:
- Support and fund the White Bear Lake Area Emergency Food Shelf
- Support and fund Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts
- Support and fund our local Police and Volunteer Fire Departments
- Support & fund our local holiday toy drive
- Support & fund any needy person in the community for vision or hearing related issues
Unrestricted Fund
Our general fund is used to meet various community needs. Any undesignated contribution will go into our unrestricted fund. Grants from this fund are reviewed by the Foundation Board for approval.
